JBU Celebrates Homecoming Weekend 2015

John Brown University, together with hundreds of alumni and friends, will celebrate JBU’s Homecoming on the Siloam Springs campus Oct. 2-3. Events and activities begin Friday morning with registration at 9 a.m. The schedule is as follows:

Friday, Oct. 3

  • Alumni Chapel: 10:00 a.m. in the Cathedral of the Ozarks. Guest speaker – Craig Congdon ’09, senior pastor at Grace Bible Church
  • Battle of the Basketball Teams: Golden Eagles vs. Alumni Basketball players: 7:30 p.m. in the Bill George Arena
  • Fall Drama Production of “Harvey”: 7:30 p.m. in the Berry Performing Arts Center. Tickets are available for purchase at www.jbu.edu/tickets or by calling (479) 524-7382 

Saturday, Oct. 4

  • Ultimate Frisbee Match: 10:30 a.m. at Ultimate Frisbee Field
  • Legends Soccer Game and Rugby Match: 11 a.m. at Soccer Practice Field and Rugby Pitch
  • Women’s Volleyball vs. Southwestern Christian: 12:00 p.m. at Bill George Arena
  • Golden Eagles Women’s and Men’s Soccer vs. Bacone University: 1 and 3 p.m. at Alumni Soccer Field
  • Fall Drama Production, “Harvey”: 1:00 p.m. in the Berry Performing Arts Center. Tickets are available at www.jbu.edu/tickets or by calling (479) 524-7382
  • Screening of “Loving Lynda” and Q&A with Jim Walters and Producer Jacob Roebuck: 7:00 p.m. at the Berry Performing Arts Center. Tickets are $5 per person
