AICU ARcare/Steven F. Collier, MD Scholarship Fund

AICU has established its first endowed scholarshipin the name of ARcare/Steven F. Collier, MD to assist students with tuition who will be attending college at any of our private colleges or universities who are active members of AICU.

Dr. Horne, president of AICU, has overseen the creation of this fund in response to a grant challenge received from the Council of Independent Colleges. This endowed scholarship was created thanks to a generous donation by ARcare and its CEO Dr. Steven F. Collier as well as other donors and matching funds.

Dr. Collier and AICU are working to establish the guidelines and application process to receive the scholarships. The eleven private colleges and universities will work with ARcare to select applicants and administer the fund throughout the State of Arkansas to students who reside in any of the 13 Counties that ARcare serves. The scholarship availability announcement will be made at each high school and available on each participating college scholarship website starting in Spring 2018.
